Transform'20 FAQ's

What if I was signed up for the live event in Nashville?

All registrants of the Reputation.com Transform’20 live event will automatically be registered for the virtual event. There is no need to register again. We will stay in contact with you via email as the event gets closer.

I see that the virtual event is free. When will I be refunded for the registration fee that I paid for the live Reputation.com Transform’20 and Transform University?

If you registered for the live event or Reputation.com University, your registration fee has been automatically refunded to the credit card you used to pay. You should see the funds in your account no later than April 10, 2020.

Are you offering a virtual University?

We will be rolling out a virtual version of the Reputation.com University that you can participate in through shorter increments. We will not offer the full 8-hour curriculum virtually at one time. If you were signed up to attend a University, we will be reaching out to you with more info in the coming weeks. Your registration fee has also been refunded.

How do I access the virtual event?

We will send you details on how to access the event via a calendar entry as May 21st gets closer.
