For over 82 years, Hotelympia has been the UK’s leading event for the thriving hospitality and food service industries. This March, the event returns with four brand new shows, providing the perfect platform for restaurants, hotels, pubs, casual dining and caterers to network.

Hotelympia 2018 is running between March 5th-8th from the ExCeL London. Doors open on all four days at 10am.
What’s Happening?
Put simply, a lot! In March 2018, Hotelympia returns with four brand new shows, providing a platform for restaurants, hotels, pubs, casual dining and contract caterers to meet, review and source from the finest suppliers available in the market.
We’ll be at the Hospitality Tech Show section, at stand 3322, across all four days, so if you’re visiting, feel free to pop over and say hi! Additionally, our UK Director, Anthony Gaskell, will be guest speaking on the Tech Innovation Stage. Anthony’s session – Why Online Reputation Matters & How To Manage It — begins at 11am on Wednesday 7th and he’ll be covering the following topics:
- Navigating a world of omnipresent online reviews: understanding the start of the customer journey
- Gathering feedback from third party data sources to get a full picture of customer sentiment
- Using Online Reputation Management to ensure a consistent, accurate and enjoyable customer experience
